Xenoy or Zenex Safety Padlocks: Why the change?

The Master Lock XenoyTM safe isolation lockout tagout padlocks from Total Lockout (Safety) Ltd have changed. This is explained below. Use the navigation bar above to explore the full range.

For many years, Master Lock utilized the XenoyTM brand name to market their thermoplastic safety padlocks. Since XenoyTM was previously owned by General Electric (GE) Corporation (currently owned by SABIC Innovative Plastics), they promoted their use of a reputable, high quality thermoplastic, ideal for multiple safety lockout environments.
You may have noticed a change in the description of Master Lock safety lockout tagout padlocks.
The S31, S32, S33, 410, 411 and 406 padlocks will now be made from ZenexTM material. They will still perform to the same high standards required by our customers. Temperature resistance, chemical resistance, UV stability and corrosion resistance are not affected by this change.
