Custom Lockout Padlock Storage Systems for Cemex U.S.

Recently, we had the opportunity to design and build two bespoke lockout padlock storage systems for Cemex U.S. at their Brooksville Plant. Our US based sister company Total Lockout USA’s close proximity to this facility played a small role in securing the order, but it was our commitment to meeting their exact specifications that truly made the difference.

From the outset, this project posed a particularly demanding set of requirements. Through a series of detailed exchanges and revisions, we worked closely with Cemex to finalise a design that met their needs. Key features of the finished product include:

• Variable padlock capacity: Flexibility to accommodate a range of lockout devices.
• Custom dimensions: Tailored width and depth to fit specific site constraints.
• External padlock rails: Enhanced accessibility and organisation.
• Distinctive markings: Red and white chevron exterior for high visibility and easy identification.

Creating a tailored product is only part of the challenge, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition is equally critical. To this end, we partnered with a local export crate maker to construct custom-fit packaging for the cabinets. This ensured the products were snug and secure during transit, giving us confidence that they would reach Cemex in perfect condition.
