Confined space LOTO padlock storage

When the customer needs to store his LOTO padlocks in a highly visible location, but wall space is limited, here’s the answer.

We offer a bespoke design and manufacture service for LOTO equipment storage. All we need to know is the size and shape of available wall space, and what equipment is to be stored, and our design team go to work.

On this occasion the customer is using the short-shackle brass LOTO padlock. Not sure these would pass OSHA scrutiny but in the UK these are perfectly acceptable to meet the PUWER1998 and EAWR1989 Regulations.

You can see from the images that we had a ‘letter-box’ shape to work with and have managed to provide storage for 100 padlocks.

To make shipping easier and to offer greater protection while in transit, we made the item in two parts.
