Master Lock Butterfly Valve Lockout

Description

This lockout device works by jamming the valve lever release trigger. Place the device between the valve lever and release trigger and hinge open until the two parts wedge in place. Use a CLO-S806 adjustable cable lockout (not included) to secure the device in place by passing the cable around the valve body and through the device padlock holes. This product relates to the lockout device (lever jammer) only. To buy the lockout device complete with cable lockout, refer to part no. VLO-S3921.
